Overview
The Docs API tutorial page is designed for the purpose of helping users learn about how to integrate their product with Chargebee. The current design was created long ago but with time the product got more complex and the tutorials page was not adapted for that.

When and Why people watch's videos
Not everyone enjoys watching videos - especially videos with informational and instructional content. When they need to learn something from web, people will follow one of the below behavioral patters:
- Read the text content only, avoiding the video.
- Reading the text content, them watch the video.
- Immediately watch the video - before (or instead of) reading the text.
Fun Facts About Me: My full name is “Nellimoottil Jose Finny”, you can call me “NJ Finny”, “NJ” or “Finny”. Typical South Indian thing 😜.
UX guidelines for videos
- Present videos as supplementary or alternative content, not as a replacement for text.
- If you don’t provide a video when users realize they need one, they’ll find a different site that does.
Instructional videos provide additional support for people learning as unfamiliar or complex topic or process. While there is no guarantee that someone will watch a video, the more presence of a video is seen as positive, and it will certainly help some users who are still confused after reading the text content. If you don’t provide a video when users realize they need one, they’ll find a different site that does.
Solution
Redesign the tutorial page keeping in mind that in future a lot of content (text and video) will be uploaded on the page, so it should be easier for the users to consume the content.
